VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

First Hattiesburg has teams in the community helping rebuild everyday. Below are the teams, their clean-up locations, and who to get in contact with to help.

Christian Services, Inc. would love your help with all that they are doing with relief efforts. They have requested you not just “show up” but to call their office and speak with Elaine. She will schedule you a time so they can be efficient with all their resources! Please call 601-582-5683 to get involved with them.

Salvation Army of Hattiesburg would love volunteers to come out and help with unloading of trucks and distribution of food/other items. They are located at 5670 Hwy 49, Hattiesburg, MS 39402. You can also call (601)-544-3684.

The Red Cross of Hattiesburg would love volunteers. They are located at 606 N. Hutchinson Avenue, Hattiesburg, MS 39401. They can be reached at (601) 582-8151 or 1-800-RED-CROSS.

**Thursday, February 14th and Friday, February 15th you can meet at 7:30 AM at Hardy Street Baptist Church to volunteer within the community. The address is 1508 Hardy Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 and the phone number is (601)-544-1794.

**Saturday, February 16th, you can meet at 8:30 AM at Ebenezer Baptist Church to volunteer within the community. The address is 900 E. 8th Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401.

DROP-OFF SITES/DONATIONS:

Accepting donations of garbage bags, work gloves, gas cards, tarps, hammers, nails, rakes, brooms, bandaids/first aid kits, baby items, clothing – organized, sized, and cleaned, and giftcards from Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot. They will be distributing these supplies to places in need.

Accepting blankets, pillows, clothing, flashlights, tarps, toiletries, and individually wrapped snacks for Christian Services, Inc. and Salvation Army.
